The failed upgrade from 9.0.21.55.3 to 9.0.21.78.1 is because I forgot
to reset the answer to the question about the license to the default
"yes". Adding a "db_reset" fixes that. (Dammit I should have tested
this upgrade. Feel free to rub it in, so that I don't forget this.)
