guarding the includes of net/bpf.h with a check of HAVE_NET_BPF_H,
which is already defined (or not) by configure.

I've investigating this for hours and I've concluded to this:
It seems that Asterisk's dynamic loader loads modules in two passes;
modules with global symbols
