The only really fine fix for this is to use a later libssh2 package that is
built against libgcrypt, but that of course requires that two wishes come
true:

This file is generated by pypy I suppose.
This file conflict with the "import py" of py.test.
I think that the pypy package can produce file that conflict with
python-codespeak-lib.

I have found something in debian packaging. 2.3.8-1 build depends on
libdb4.5-dev, but macro doesn't check for it.
So package gets compiled against lidb4.5-dev headers and -ldb-4.4
libraries.
It will be fixed in 2.3.9-1 release.
