Perhaps this has to do with the fact that the daemon can't be started at all by default. Look at the DAEMON_ARGS in /etc/init.d/pgbouncer. It should be ="-d /etc/pgbouncer.ini". Also, /etc/init.d/pgbouncer restart fails, too. I think this problem might be resolved if we fix the start-stop script

Close down Icedove, delete (or rename, if you're not feeling confident) the 'extensions.rdf' file from your profile and load Icedove again. It *should* pick up all of your extensions, including the new Iceowl. Took me a while to figure that out. Not sure how it could be automated by the installer.
