I am the package maintainer of both gtk+extra and gpsim in Fedora and
this problem looks like a problem I see in Fedora 12 caused by an
incompatibility between gtk+extra and gtk+ 2.18.
As such I have created debian bug report 561769 against package
libgtkextra-1.0-0.

just stumbled over the same problem on my NAS, a simple fix is:
cd /lib && ln -s nss_ldap.so.1 libnss_ldap.so.2
But I'd prefer an updated package in a point release, because this is a
