a rebuild against libzip-0.10 failed to build:

-Wredundant-decls -Wshadow -Wpointer-arith -Wwrite-strings

the new libzip 0.10 has a soname bump and will need binNMUs:

* osgearth
* sigrok
Packags rebuilt successfully except ideviceinstaller.
