we struggled a bit fixing FTBFS #775625, since neither David nor me were
able to reproduce it on our local setups. We took a wild guess for
symfony 2.3.21+dfsg-3 and increased a timeout in one test, which solves
the problem (at leasts tests now run just fine on ci.d.n, where the same
