while pandas builds on intel it fails on several other architectures as
reported in #814795. This has been reported upstream[1] who does not
seem to be really interested in solving the issue. Any help from
porters would be really welcome.

Hello Chris, thank you for the report.
The problem comes probably from some instability in packages doxypy or
doxygen.
I shall prebuild the PDF file with a version of doxy tools which does the
job now.
