I'm seeing the same issue with the latest sid version 64.0.3282.11 and by
accident found a way to create the problem repeatably. I had my chromium
started but not used at all when I upgraded my wlan router's firmware (from
Firefox). During reboot of said router chromium crashed and didn't start
