Hello, This is a request to re-open this bug. It is definitely present, as can be seen in the Ubuntu forums. I have experienced this same bug and it is quite reproducible. I notice when installing xpenguins-applet, apt displays the following error message: I/O warning : failed to load external entity "/var/lib/scrollkeeper/(null)/scrollkeeper_cl.xml" -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
