I have the same issue in my machine (Debian Bullseye Stable with Gnome
3.38): Evolution doesn't start at all.
But I could add that this issue affects also Gnome Online Accounts. To
have it working we have to launch

The simplest solution would be to modify accordingly application.ini in
MaxVersion string: I have already verified that so it works.
