So with a bit of fiddling and several -o options passed to apt, it
should be possible to run "apt-get update" and "apt-cache show sp" to
see if the bug is reproduced with libapt alone.

thank you for maintaining TurboGears2.
For some reason, it now refuses to work. I quickstart a project, run it,
and I always get 404s:
