Details on the configuration: /dev/sda - some partitions - an lvm partition /dev/sdb - a partition sdb1 When the init script of evms is running during the init process, the sdb1 partition is register twice in blkid.tab. Then mount complains that this partition is already mounted and stop to mount it.
