Package: geoip-database-contrib
Version: 1.17+nmu1
Justification: Policy 7.6.1
Severity: serious

Dear Maintainer,

according to bug report 767559 the conflict arising when trying to install
geoip-database-contrib should be fixed with version 1.17+nmu1 of
geoip-database-contrib.

However, I am currently still getting the error:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
geoip-database-contrib : Conflicts: geoid-database but 20150317-1 is installed.
                         Conflicts: geoip-database-extra but 20150317-1 is
installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

    Remove the following packages:
1) geoid-database
2) geoip-database-extra

The versions available to me are:
Package geoid-database:
i A 20150317-1
p A 20160504-1~bpo8+1

Package geoip-database-contrib:
p 1.17+nmu1

Package geoip-database-extra:
i 20150317-1
p 20160504-1~bpo8+1

I also tried using the back ports versions of geoid-database and
geoip-database-extra to no avail.

Best regards,
Nikolas Grottendieck
