Thanks Chris. This seems to be an already recognized upstream bug with the new libboost 1.62. Reference: https://github.com/01org/hyperscan/issues/39 I will work with upstream if there is a plan to release a minor update. Otherwise I will pin the libboost version for the Debian package.
