Bug#713270: Cause of bug detected

Hi, I have the identical problem with another package (not part of Jessie). When I searching for the causes of this problem I have found that it is caused by the patch from bug #706181. When I revert patch, I have not noticed any ping-pong with ldconfig and FTBFS is gone. I do not understand
