Not really, these arches now default to a 64-bit time_t and therefore
you get the conflicting types (suseconds_t is a long int,
__suseconds64_t a long long int). This has nothing to do with implicit
function declarations.

AFAICS the problem is that libcrypt.so.1 can temporarily
go missing if libc6 2.31-4 is unpacked before libcrypt1, breaking the
assumption that binaries from essential packages are always usable.
I don't have a good idea how to fix that, though. :-(

Almost certainly it is has been triggered by the recent upload of
googletest, since the gtest-source directory is just a copy (via cp -a)

Update libtinfo5.symbols file
Bring back the _nc_read_entry symbol, drop _nc_read_entry2. This
restores ABI compatibility with the stretch libtinfo5 package, but

Changing the test in configure.ac to use TERMTYPE rather than TERMINAL
fixes the problem, see the attached debdiff. It is very noisy because
the patch run_autoconf.diff had to be refreshed by rerunning autoreconf.
It would be better to regenerate
dh_install (see #867866) but overzealously also touched a few other
utilities like dh_installdocs. It turns out that these programs
actually treated an argument like 'foo bar' as a single file in 10.2.5,
and obviously there are a few packages which rely on

So it seems that the ncurses library did not allocate enough memory to
hold all the color pairs in sp->_color_pairs, resulting in the eventual
heap buffer overflow.
That's how far I have tracked the issue, hopefully Thomas Dickey can
investigate it further and even provide a fix.
