I have found the core issue.
It's not about kernel update, it's about the fact that Thunderbird package
now has usr.bin.thunderbird
AppArmor profile, and it conflicted with other profile
usr.lib.thunderbird.thunderbird I had enabled
earlier (attached).
Kernel upgrade just made me to reboot
