Additional Information:

To reproduce the problem, I only need to login with ssh to the server, and then 
wait between 3 and 5 minutes until the connection breaks. If I ping the server, 
it doesn't answer. I also get no response when I ping other servers directly on 
the console.

When I try to ping the server from another machine, the server starts to answer 
after 15-30 seconds. The problem only appears if there is no network traffic 
(at least no tcp and no icmp). If I ping the server permanently from another 
machine, the connection never breaks.

It definitely has to do something with the bnx2 driver, we already checked all 
our switches. We are able to reproduce the problem on 3 different servers 
(DellPoweredge R210 and R410) running the same kernel.
