reopen 1062097 Dear John, please revert your latest upload to unstable. The time_t NMU was targeted at experimental. The dpkg in unstable does not yet set the compiler defaults to provide 64-bit time_t; so packages built as part of this upload will now have the wrong ABI in the reverse
