Source: netplan.io
Version: 1.1-1
Severity: serious
Justification: autopkgtest regression

Hi,

Something changed recently in the archive, because the autopkgtest of netplan.io started to tmpfail in unstable (and in testing if running tests for migration results). It seems that the network is broken when running the 'routing' test. I can confirm that running only the 'bonds' test, the test just fails. Running the 'routing' test also just fails, but running both the 'routing' test fails to start because autopkgtest can't install the required test dependencies.

tmpfails are immediately retried by the migration software, so these test are retried every hour.

If you want to make your test robust against this failure mode, I think you can add the 'breaks-testbed' restriction to get a fresh testbed for a test, instead of reusing the testbed if the test dependencies overlap.
