The bug is a debian packaging bug. Just have a look at .diff.gz[1] It contains 
a patch
to Makefile.in that adds various bcheck related targets. The problem is that 
these
targets are already in Makefile.in in the upstream sources (.orig.tar.gz[2] at 
least,
I haven't checked if it differs from original upstream tarball)), so the patch
duplicates them[3]. This means that either .orig.tar.gz and .diff.gz are not in 
sync or
krusader maintainer incorrectly patched upstream sources.
