blackbox build-depends on libc6-dev (>= 2.3.2.ds1-20), libstdc++5-3.3-dev (>= 1)
both of which are build-essential packages, so you shouldn't build-depend
on them unless there is actually a reason that you need that particular
version.

As different archs can have different default compilers, and different names
for the libc and libc-dev packages, you should simply remove these
build-depends.  It might also be worth noting that whatever script added them
in the first place doesn't deal with epochs properly, as well as adding
build-essential packages to build-depends...
