Package: libqcad0 Severity: serious libqcad0 only contains static libraries. This leads me to three questions:
1) why aren't they in libqcad0-dev? This would the more standard place to put them in... 2) why does qcad depend on libqcad0 if there are no shared libs there? 3) why are the libs not shared libs in the first place?
