Since gpcl is in non-free, the autobuilders won't pick it up for building;
binNMUs are possible here, so if they'll fix the problem, perhaps you could
build and upload them?

I've just tried to build gpcl on alpha and ia64 boxes, and I got this
results:

The libgpcl-dev package has its header file in the wrong place on alpha and
