What else do you suggest? Do you expect any statement (e.g. by ftp-master) with respect to "GFDL/Debian free" documents? Technically speaking, I don't think there's a good reason to keep them out of tetex-doc (and they are still in the tetex-base tarball, which is not yet repackaged).
