Bugs #392118 and #392565 seem to be regarding the same issue, so I've merged them.
Judging from the latest build logs from SOPE package (and tfheen's comment in #392565), this issue seems to be fixed due to new Apache packages, but I'd like to get confirmation from the submitters before I close the bugs. Michael and Bastian, can you give any more information about whether the bug is still present?
