Your binary package should avoid to use libraries source code provided by your source package. Moreover, you should avoid to compile everything statically and rather use shared libraries. This is hindering the security team and the overall quality of Debian. Instead, you should rather use the Debian packaged version of ffmpeg and of course use shared libraries provided by ffmpeg binary packages.
