clamav is uninstallable due to libcurl3 -> libcurl4 transition. The
binNMU didn't help, because libcurl3-dev is in the build-dependencies
and there is no alternative dependency on libcurl-dev, which would have
helped to solve the problem. Please fix this, because it currently
prevents my pbuilder to build packages depending on libclamav-dev :)
