Even if '/etc/dbus-1/system.d/odccm.conf' is installed, starting odccm
will not necessarily work. To be sure that dbus picks up the conf file,
add
/etc/init.d/dbus restart
early in 'odccm.postinst', before it starts oddcm.

Thanks guys that has indeed worked as desired.
I restarted the dbus demon and then simply allowed aptitude to
reconfigure the partly installed package and that has now
tags 473469 pending
