Bug#479712: squeak-vm: Must build-depend on libffi-dev and not libffi4-dev

Package: squeak-vm Version: 3.9.12+svn1820.dfsg-2 Severity: serious libffi4-dev is replaced by libffi-dev in sid and you should thus build-depend on libffi-dev instead of libffi4-dev. This will also ensure that the package gets recompiled against libffi5 instead of libffi4. This bug is RC since
