thanks for the report! But I think you are wrong :-). If you install
munin-node for the first time the munin-node-configure initialises all
the plugins. If you reinstall the package (or install a newer version)
munin-node-configure runs with the option '--newer' and touches only
plugins which are added in the new version. I tried several times but i
cannot reproduce the bug: 
* i removed munin-node from my laptop (apt-get remove --purge ..)
* installed 1.2.6-5 from testing -> munin-node-configure runs in
postinst
* then i deleted /etc/munin/plugins/load and .../df
* if i reinstall 1.2.6-5 load and df doesn't reappear
