Thank you for bringing this bug to my attention.  Debian/copyright has
updated with the XSPF copyright information.  XSPF_jukebox.fla (which
is the source code for XSPF_Jukebox) has been added to the source of ampache.

Since XSPF_Jukebox is a fork of XSPF Music Player I believe that 
"license.txt" is the original BSD license that XSPF Music Player was 
released under and as such satisfies the terms of the BSD license.
However I believe Lacy Marrow labeled the header information for "license.txt"
incorrectly by naming himself as the copyright holder.  I further believe that
"Copying.txt" which is a GPLv3 license, covers everything else in source.zip
distributed by Lacy.

I have emailed Lacy to clarify exactly what is going on with "Copying.txt",
"license.txt" and I await his response.
