Bug#581229: Moodle needs to be actively maintained to be included in Squeeze

I am taking over maintaining Moodle package. As suggested by the previous maintainers I have re-packaged it from scratch with Moodle 1.9, see the VCS: http://git.debian.org/?p=pkg-moodle/moodle.git;a=summary I have started some documentation on Debian Wiki as well: http://wiki.debian.org/Moodle
