Package: libjfreechart-java
Version: 1.0.13-2
Severity: serious
Justification: java policy 2.3

Some classes in jfreechart.jar depend on classes from the org.jfree.util
java-package which is provided by jcommon.jar in libjcommon-java. There
is libjfreechart-java correctly depends upon libjcommon-java but it's
manifest file for jfreechart.jar does not specify this dependency
leaving the user to guess the name of the library that contains the
dependencies rather than it working automatically.
