Package: python-django
Version: 1.2.3-1
Severity: serious
Justification: no longer builds from source

python-django 1.2.3-1 in squeeze has depandancy on python (>= 2.5) which exists
on lenny, while package can't be built:

buil...@builder-lenny-amd64:~/builds/django/python-django-1.2.3$ LC_ALL=C
debuild
 dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -D -us -uc
dpkg-buildpackage: set CFLAGS to default value: -g -O2
dpkg-buildpackage: set CPPFLAGS to default value:
dpkg-buildpackage: set LDFLAGS to default value:
dpkg-buildpackage: set FFLAGS to default value: -g -O2
dpkg-buildpackage: set CXXFLAGS to default value: -g -O2
dpkg-buildpackage: source package python-django
dpkg-buildpackage: source version 1.2.3-1
dpkg-buildpackage: source changed by Raphaël Hertzog <hert...@debian.org>
dpkg-buildpackage: host architecture amd64
 fakeroot debian/rules clean
debian/rules:3: /usr/share/python/python.mk: No such file or directory
dh /usr/share/python/python.mk
dh: Unknown sequence /usr/share/python/python.mk (chose from: binary
binary-arch binary-indep build clean install)
make: *** [/usr/share/python/python.mk] Error 1
dpkg-buildpackage: failure: fakeroot debian/rules clean gave error exit status 2
debuild: fatal error at line 1319:
dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -D -us -uc failed

So, as stated /usr/share/python/python.mk doesn't exist, and looks like this
solution
http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-bugs-clo...@lists.debian.org/msg277850.html
should be applyed here too.
