After doing a little search it seems that I_DEFUTIL is defined, which is needed for setproctitle() (used in FreeBSD, so it seems that you're right that something is different in armhf perl). I'll do a more thorough search as to why/when I_DEFUTIL is defined and why it is defined only on armhf.
