Dear Maintainer,

virtuoso-opensource recently vanished from testing [1]. This is especially 
problematic since the KDE service Nepomuk (required for all the semantic 
desktop features) does not work without virtuoso [2].
Please bring the package back to testing, whatever this may take.

Yes, because it's RC buggy and no-one took care of fixing the bugs.

That's a bug in the service for not correctly expressing its
dependencies.  If it did, either neither or both would have been
removed.

In any case, "package isn't in testing" is not an RC bug in the package.
It's not really even a bug.
