monotone, it looks like Botan 1.10.2 broke ABI compatibility compared to

Well, we talked about that with Jack Lloyd before 1.10 release, and the goal was
to keep ABI stable for whole 1.10 release, so this is certainly a bug.

Jack has already released Botan 1.10.3, which should be ABI-compatible
to 1.10.1, again. See here:
