In my case http://host/cgi-bin/bindgraph.cgi showed embty graphs, without bars.
It seems to ge an user/permissions problem.
/etc/init.d/bindgraph start didn' start the daemon.
Why? Because it tries to start it under daemon:adm, but daemon is not member of
adm by default in my system
I have found a strange directory related to bind graph :
/var/cache/bindgraph/,cgi-bin,bindgraph.cgi

Yes these are commas, and I don't understand what created this directory
because I only installed the package.
I managed to get pictures in http://myserver/cgi-bin/bindgraph.cgi by running
by hand
nice -20 bindgraph.pl --daemon --logfile /var/log/bind9-query.log
