Hi,
during a test with piuparts I noticed your package ships (or creates)
a broken symlink.

/usr/bin/gcontrol -> ../share/cylc/bin/gcontrol

*/bin/cycl sounds like a misspelling ...
^^
We shouldn't ship broken entries in /usr/bin in a stable release.
