Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

The package FTBFS during binNMU to add ptyhon3.6 to supported python3
versions, but as far as I can see from the log, the test failure is in the
python2.7 part of the tests, so unrelated.  Here's an exerpt from the
build log:
