Can anyone point me to some info on the business end of setting up a
mirror? How does one pay for the bandwidth and the hardware? Do most
Debian mirrors only mirror that? I would like to put up a mirror that
mostly does Debian but also provides some other services like cddb. I
have the technical k

Server name is ftp3.linux.it AKA ftp.it.debian.org, managed by the

rsync ftp3.linux.it::debian-cd

I've set up a new potato CD mirror (the existing ones seem to be
swamped). They distribute source, i386 and alpha.
Addresses:
ftp://ftp.fifi.org/pub/debian-cd/
rsync: ftp.fifi.org::debian-cd
There's also a regular archive mirror (source, i386, alpha, hurd-i386)
Addresses:
ftp://
Has anyone managed to mirror the other archs besides i386 and
source from cdimage.debian.org? I got those two yesterday

and rsyncs have just stalled after initially transferring a small
amount of data. If I just let it sit there,
