debootstrap and local components

severity 116801 wishlist retitle 116801 debian-cd: should call local components "local/main" reassign 116801 debian-cd thanks (the severity was already wishlist, actually) So, debootstrap these days will accept packages from any component called "main" or "*/main" that's mentioned in the Release
