I downloaded Debian unstable using jigdo.
I want make additional cd with XFree86 4.3.0 from Debian experimental
and KDE cvs from http://oberlin.cems.umn.edu/kdecvs/debian/
I downloaded all deb, Package and Release files from these sites.

You're assuming that a CD is only a package repository.

Hello, I was trying to install the Official testing images for the
netinstall cd iso but the link is broken, so since people.debian.org's
mirrors are down, there are no ways to download a netinstall iso :(
Could you fix that please?
