Hi,
there is already a bug report about a similar problem
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=988120
It points to file
jigdo-file-cache.db
and mentions a positive one-time effect, which would match the observation
that the first medium nearly always succeeds.
It works if jigdo-

In that case the missing files woule be present but filled with zeros
when you mount the incompletely composed ISO.
Can you confirm ?
Not picking a file of a jigdo image may have various reasons.
Temporary
i figured this out. i think.
there's a bug in jigdo that makes it occasionally skip files from the
source and then it will request the online source. i'm not sure why.
obviously there's no missing files depending on the format, which is why i
didn't get a response from anyone.

Dear Debian CD Team,
since a couple of weeks, looking at the path below, there are no iso image
files anymore but only meta files updates (.log, checksums, packagelists,
etc.).
Is there any reason for not uploading/updating also debian testing iso
images? (e.g. CI breaks?)

Hi folks,
I'm trying to gather the old .0 releases of Debian for historic
purposes. With the help of jigdo and https://snapshot.debian.org/ I've
managed to build up a full set install media for every release from
'buster' back to 'sarge' but then I run into good old 'woody' and a lot
of missi

Hi,
when downloading the checksums from
https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-dvd/
or
https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/i386/iso-dvd/
they claim 14 DVDs to be involved. But only 3 iso files are offered.
What's the reason for the discrepancy?
Thanks in ad
