Splitting ImageToImageFilterB into smaller modules seems to be the way
to go in ITK v3. The attached patch should help!
Fortunately, the wrapping in ITK v4 produces less code than the
wrapping in ITK v3 – more than 2 times less — so we shouldn't have to
do that.
