I've checked out the packages, and was about to play around with php5 a little, when I got into a little problem.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function ldap_start_tls() in test_ldap_tls.php on line 14
I have the php5-ldap module loaded and running, as well as php5-openssl, both the latest versions (5.0.3-0.5) as of now.
I just don't know if the problem is with my settings, all I found in php5 source is that the ldap module won't have this function unless the LDAP api version is greater than 2000. Please check it out if you have the time.

This version introduces php5-modconf tool which is based on apache-modconf. The tool handles "extensions=" lines in php.ini file and restarts the web server if it is necessary.
