There is a tool named as apt-build. It should be satisfied for your need.

I have some question about that. When pv_ops gets into upstream kernel, we
can enable pv_ops dom0 support in kernel configure file before compiling.
Does Debian drop kernel for Xen in the future? In generic kernel, we can
build in pv_ops supp
I also test to build mysql-workbench on Launchpad with
mysql-connector-c++_1.1.0~bzr895. It looks quite strange.
The request is still going on. But you can see the logs that builder has
been turned off. We can see deb package can be built. I think both Debian
buildd and Ubuntu launchpad are using
. Unfortunately, it occur to some errors and failed to
build mysql-workbench. So I decide to use bzr895.

is relying on mysql-connector-c++-1.1.0~r895. But r814 stays at Debian
repository.
Another thing is how I should start new package process. I just know a
little about that.
