Bug#4018: Subdirectory glimpse search

Package: www.debian.org When I go to a subdirectory as the instructions indicate to narrow down my Glimpse search to just bug reports, say, I get a Not Found page, that says something about the referring page and the href anchor points to ghindex.html I din't understand what the point of that is,
